appointment for surgery received. scheduled for the 24th, only 1.5 weeks, much faster then expected.
been in hospital this morning for holter, ecg, xray, bloodtest, meeting with anaesthesist, cardio- nurse.
she talked us through everything in detail and length and now I understand it better.
aterial stent, defibrilator, 4 hours surgery, 2 days aftercare
i am insisting to talk to doctor as well, also I must say that special cardio nurse and anaestesist doing great job in explaining.
overall they took two hours time. first time ever this has happend and the loose ends seem to tie together. normally doctor x doesn't know what doctor y does or so at least it seems.
Still it is a disgrace, mismanagement and waste of money for holter, echo or similar result to get lost so that test need to be carried out twice. somehow the information flow is brutal.
